About the Project:
Capitalize on your talent is an ECOETHICS project, dedicated to undergraduate and graduate students, who want to
choose a job according to their talent. The project is implemented by holding workshops in universities and
students` associations.
The aim of the project:
Help youngsters to choose the right job, based on their performance and according to their career plan.
Put yourself project objectives are:
- Prepare a professional resume
- Support for a successful job interview
- Finding talent and developing potential by setting coordinates of a career plan
- Encouraging and mentoring graduate students and in their professional and personal future.
Participants will experience workshops, case studies and practical applications on topics like ecological thinking,
valuable and long term environment in career development.

ECO SCHOOL
About the Project:
ECO SCHOOL is an ECOETHICS brand program, addressed mainly to students and young people interested in Ecological
philosophy and thinking. The program is conducted twice a year, in the form of summer and winter schools, in an
informal context, suitable for applied learning.
Purpose:
ECO School aims to promote ecological thinking as lifestyle, among young people.
ECO School objectives are:
- Introducing young people in Eco- philosophy, Eco- skills training, in order to generate positive social change.
- Encouraging young people to adopt Eco- principles, both in everyday and professional lives.
- Encouraging the sharing of knowledge and ideas among young people.
For six days, participants will experience workshops, trainings, case studies, practical application on ecological
thinking, Eco skills and competencies of daily life and career.

ROMANIANS` CULTURAL FEATURES Project
About the Project:
Romanians` cultural features are an ECOETHICS brand program, addressed mainly to students and young people
interested in Romanian culture.
Purpose:
The project aims the recognition, awareness and management of the Romanian cultural characteristics with
significant impact on daily life.
Objectives of the project are:
- Knowledge of the Romanian cultural features and awareness of the influences that they have in the daily life.
- Learning techniques of intervention for developing a culture of growth.
Participants will experience workshops, trainings, case studies, practical applications on the topic if Romanian cultural
characteristics and their impact on daily life and career.

ECOMANAGER
Ecomanager is an ECOETHICS project that aims to change the management paradigms of obtaining maximal results
with the approach of ecological, sustainable results.
In the metaphorical sense, the Management`s role is to fight evil and win. Current management's role is to identify
and fight evil now. And the current evil is the reduction of natural resources, environmental pollution, social
inequalities and lack of consistency of individuals with values and ethics. We believe that managers have a key role in
building ecological and ethical attitudes in business development and strong organizations. Through this project we
seek to integrate of environmental thinking and values in traditional managerial skills.
